General changes3
- Neutral drops will now always drop only 3 items per tier, rather than having a chance to get more
- Neutral drops no longer have an end period in terms of when they can drop, just a start period (now 5/15/25/40/70). Higher tier items will always roll first
- Neutral drop rate changed from 10/5/2.5/1.25/etc to 9/6/3

- Cooldown increased from 20 to 25
- Health/Mana regen reduced from 10/5 to 6/3
- All stats increased from 4 to 5
Keen Optic
- Mana regeneration reduced from 1.5 to 1.25
- Moved from Tier 2 to Tier 3
- Moved from Tier 2 to Tier 3
- Removed
- Critical Strike reduced from 1.6 to 1.4
- Damage increased from 18 to 20
- Moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2 (stats lowered to just the components of the recipe)
- Moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2
- Mana regen reduced from 3 to 2
- Manabreak reduced from 30 to 20
- Magic resistance increased from 15% to 25%
- Mana steal now only has half effect on creeps
- Debuff duration amp reduced from 35% to 25%

- Now provides +1000 Health and -400 Mana
- No longer has an active. Now provides 20% Cooldown Reduction, +12 All stats and +4 Mana Regen
- Now increases damage of your player controlled units as well.
- No longer has a cleave or splash effect. Now has +25% Demolish
- Cast Range reduced from 500 to 450
- Vision range reduced from 800 to 450
- No longer has a 75% chance, instead has a 4 second cooldown.
- Health regen increased from 50 to 70
- Cooldown increased from 75 to 90
- Duration reduced from 90 to 75
- Fixed previous summons not disappearing

- Health restore reduced from 100% to 50%

Vengeful Spirit5 changes
- Base agility reduced from 27 to 20 (base damage unchanged)
Vengeance Aura
- Attack Range bonus from 60/100/140/180 to 60/90/120/150

- Level 20 Talent reduced from +10 Attributes to +8
- Level 20 Talent changed from Vengeance Aura Illusion Casts Spells to +200 Magic Missile Damage
