How the rankings work

Every team starts at 1500. No reputation bonus, no legacy points. You earn your rating by winning and lose it by losing.

Who you beat is all that matters. Beat a top team, gain a lot; beat a bottom team, gain almost nothing; lose and it flips. A series is a series — Bo2, Bo3, Bo5 all count the same.

Two divisions, two separate ratings. Division 1 is the Tier 1 pool, Division 2 the Tier 2 pool. Each runs its own ELO and the two never mix — you only move against teams in your own division. So don't compare numbers across divisions: both start at 1500, meaning a 1535 in Division 2 isn't “above” a 1500 in Division 1. Read each table on its own.
