Biography
Altanginj "423" Bilguun (born April 23, 2003) is a Mongolian professional Dota 2 carry currently playing for IC x Insanity. At 23 years old, 423 is the best carry Mongolia has produced — a player who started with Lilgun in 2021, went through SEA, the Philippines, Europe, and back again, and is now the position 1 anchor of a team heading to the Esports World Cup 2026.
Early Career
423 started in June 2021 with Lilgun, a Mongolian squad competing in DPC SEA Division I – an unusual entry point for someone that young. They won DPC SEA Season 1 and took home a slice of the $280,000 prise pool. His first significant earnings before he even turned 18. From there he moved through IHC Esports and QWE, grinding through Mongolian and SEA regional circuits before Execration picked him up in the Philippines in early 2024. Brief, but each stint added something. He's one of those players who absorbs experience faster than most.
Rise and Key Moments
The IESF World Championship 2023 with Team Mongolia was his proudest national moment — a gold medal and $10,000 in earnings, representing his country at the highest level available to him at the time.
Team Secret came in November 2024 – his first real tier-1 European contract. Short stint, but the name on the resume matters. Then OG briefly in April 2025, then MOUZ in July 2025. All of them saw what Mongolian fans had been saying for years: this kid can play carry at any level you put him on.
IC x Insanity signed him as part of their rebuild in 2025, and he's been the carry's foundation ever since. When ICxI qualified for EWC 2026 through the Eastern Europe regional qualifier, 423 was the position 1 they built around. For a 23-year-old from Ulaanbaatar who started in DPC SEA with a team nobody had heard of, qualifying for EWC is a result worth stopping to appreciate.
Playstyle and Reputation
Aggressive early farmer who doesn't wait for permission to come online. He plays carries that can fight before their first big item and then scale into something the enemy team can't handle. The adaptability he's shown across SEA, the Philippines, and European Dota suggests someone who reads game styles fast and adjusts – you don't survive stints at Secret and OG without being genuinely flexible.
Fun Facts
He was previously known as x123. At some point the name became 423. The reason has never been fully explained publicly, which is exactly how it should be.
Mongolia has two players on IC x Insanity — 423 on carry and Se on support. Two Mongolians on the same Eastern European roster heading to EWC 2026. The SEA to CIS pipeline is a strange and beautiful thing.
