- PGL Wallachia Season 2 champion with Heroic

David "Parker" Nicho Flores (born July 6, 2002) is a Peruvian professional Dota 2 carry currently without a team. Parker is probably the most talented carry South America has produced in years—and also the most exhausting story to follow. The skill is never the question. It has never been the question. The question is always the same: can he stay out of his own way long enough for it to matter?

So far, the answer has been no.

Early Career

Parker started in March 2021 with Luxor Gaming, grinding through SA Division II events before Infamous picked him up. Oscar, Infamous' captain, publicly implied he was unprofessional. Parker left. Infinity signed him. Infinity reported misconduct and released him. Ravens took him in—and he allegedly cost them their DPC slot. Three organizations. Three departures for conduct reasons. He was 20 years old.

And yet teams kept signing him. Because when Parker plays, he's genuinely special. Malr1ne said after losing to Heroic at PGL Wallachia Season 2, "Parker is such a 1v9 machine. "That wasn't said sarcastically. The talent was visible to everyone who played against him.

The Peaks

His big break came in May 2023 when he stood in for K1 at Beastcoast during DPC SA Tour 3 — he performed well and got noticed. Then BOOM Esports signed him. In July 2024, the team reached 3rd at Elite League Season 2, and Parker looked like a player who had finally found his footing.

Then Heroic came calling — the best SA team in the world at the time. He replaced K1 again, and the team won PGL Wallachia Season 2 in October 2024. $300,000. First international Dota 2 title for South America. Parker was the carry. In the post-match interview, the team said they couldn't have done it without him. For about three weeks, Parker was untouchable.

The Incidents

Then it all fell apart. Again.

In the ESL One Bangkok 2024 qualifier decider against beastcoast, with his team fighting a Roshan contest using multiple buybacks, Parker went to hit midlane creeps. Heroic got wiped. They lost the series. Heroic benched him three days later, citing unprofessional behavior and prior incidents. Parker responded publicly, accusing KJ of being toxic, kaffs of bad drafting, and asking for Davai Lama to be replaced. Not a great look.

Team Secret signed him in February 2025 on a multi-year contract. He barely played. He later claimed Secret told him "they're not going to play him" despite being under contract. Davai Lama called him a clown after Secret got knocked out of the Raleigh qualifier.

Peru rejects picked him up. Their support Matthew kicked him out in October 2025, citing discipline and attitude issues—specifically that Parker would fall asleep before matches. That incident wasn't isolated. In April 2025, while at Mosquito Clan, he literally fell asleep during a game against OG at a tournament. The org defended him publicly. He fell asleep. During a match.

Pain Gaming signed him for DreamLeague Season 28 in February 2026. Within two days he was caught sleeping during the draft, scrolling on his phone, and singing between games. In one match, he called "gg" while his team was preparing for a final fight. He was kicked before the tournament ended. An insider confirmed he was removed after telling DarkMago to go f**k himself mid-game.

The Potential That Never Goes Away

Here's the frustrating part. Even after all of that, Tundra Esports used him as a stand-in for Pure at PGL Wallachia Season 7 in March 2026. Because Pure couldn't get a visa and someone needed to fill in. And Tundra, a team with 33 and BZM and MoonMeander, looked at the options and picked Parker. They finished 5th-6th. He performed fine.

The talent doesn't disappear. That's what makes this whole story so maddening.

He said in an interview once, "I'd be in Europe making $50,000 a month with a TI trophy if I could learn English. Top European teams approached me but were deterred by the language barrier. The problem is… I'm just too lazy."

He said that himself.

Playstyle

When Parker is locked in, he is one of the most aggressive, high-impact carries in the region. Templar Assassin, Morphling, Sven — heroes that punish hesitation and reward decisive plays. He farms fast, fights early, and has the individual mechanical ceiling to make games look easy when he wants to. The 1v9 reputation isn't accidental. He genuinely can take over games that have no business being won.

Fun Facts

At Mad Kings in early 2024, a teammate's account got banned during a DreamLeague qualifier because Parker had allegedly been playing on it in matchmaking. The team disbanded over it.

He has been kicked, benched, or released by approximately 22 different organizations. He is 23 years old. At this rate that number is going to keep climbing until either the talent finally wins out or the patience runs out entirely.
