Ilya “ssnovv1” Kondrashov is a Russian carry born on 22 February 2004; he has also used the shortened ID snovv. He is the position-one player for L1GA TEAM, which competed under the HULIGANI name at The International 2026. This is the same squad rather than two separate team affiliations.

Early Career

After initial appearances in smaller stacks, ssnovv1’s first sustained professional run came with RABOTYAGI in early 2025, culminating in second place at CCT Series 8. He then joined eSpoiled, winning the Sber Tournament and Volt Energy Cyber Cup before finishing runner-up in DreamLeague Division 2 Season 2. A short AVULUS period followed, after which he played as a stand-in for 1win and then took over L1GA’s carry position during CCT Season 2 Series 8.

That L1GA opportunity became his breakthrough. The team recovered from an opening lower-bracket setback in the European TI 2026 qualifier, defeating Enjoy, NAVI and Virtus.pro to claim one of the region’s four slots. Rebranded as HULIGANI for the main tournament, the newcomers finished 16th after losses to Team Yandex, Vici Gaming, Xtreme Gaming and OG.

Playstyle and Reputation

His verified signature heroes are Lifestealer, Terrorblade, Medusa, Troll Warlord and Faceless Void, identifying him with high-scaling carries that reward efficient farming and committed late-game execution. At TI 2026 he also played Sven and Drow Ranger: his Drow helped HULIGANI take a game from OG by converting an Aegis and teamfight victory into two lanes of barracks, although OG ultimately won the series.

TI 2026 was his international debut. HULIGANI did not win a series but did take individual maps from both Vici Gaming and OG.
