Musthofa "Jikroy" Pamungkas (born November 30, 2003) is an Indonesian professional Dota 2 carry currently playing for REKONIX. At 22 years old, Jikroy is the youngest member of the REKONIX roster and the carry behind one of the most surprising Indonesian team stories in recent memory — a player who spent years grinding through Vietnamese and Indonesian regional stacks before becoming the position 1 of a squad that qualified for tier-1 events and now has MinD_ContRoL as their coach.

Early Career

Jikroy started competing in November 2021 with The Apes E-sports at 17 years old, playing through Indonesian regional circuits and smaller SEA tournaments. The early years were exactly what you'd expect — LPL pro leagues, local cups, and rotating through teams without a stable home. He played for Patriots and Young Blood and then in early 2023 got picked up by SPAWN Team — a Vietnamese organisation that gave him his first real competitive structure. With SPAWN, he played in the DPC SEA Division II, won some smaller events, and returned to the squad a second time in May 2023 after a brief departure. SPAWN then announced in July 2023 that Jikroy was leaving to focus on his studies, with a non-compete clause until the end of the year.

He came back. They always come back.

In early 2024 he represented Army Geniuses at the Xmas Cup, finished third, then joined MAG.Garuda in April 2024 – debuting at RES Regional Series SEA #2 alongside inYourdreaM, dalul, and Xepher. That 3rd-place finish with a roster that included two future REKONIX teammates was the moment the right pieces started finding each other.

REKONIX

When REKONIX was formed in July 2025 from the Tech Free Gaming core, Jikroy was named the carry. The team immediately started winning – four consecutive EPL World Series South-east Asia titles, a 20-match win streak, and qualification for both DreamLeague Season 29 and ESL One Birmingham 2026. All five players are Indonesian. It is genuinely rare for a full Indonesian roster to qualify for two back-to-back tier-1 events. REKONIX did it in their first year of existence. Jikroy was the carry for all of it.

There is also an interview clip of Jikroy confronting the owner of REKONIX about a promise that had apparently been made before the org was formed. "Jikroy tagih janji ke Anonim" — Jikroy collecting on a debt from the boss — became a moment Indonesian Dota fans enjoyed considerably.

Playstyle and Reputation

Jikroy is a clean, efficient carry who plays within the team's system rather than demanding to be the centre of attention. REKONIX wins through coordinated team play — four EPL titles are not built on one player carrying — and Jikroy's role is to farm efficiently, hit his timings, and show up to team fights with the items that matter. In a lineup that has Fbz creating chaos in the off-lane and InYourdreaM running tempo in mid, the carry who stays disciplined and doesn't throw away resources is exactly what the team needs. He ranks consistently in the SEA leaderboard's top 40 — quiet, steady, and getting better every month.

Fun Facts

On February 9, 2024, Jikroy's original Dota 2 account was VAC-banned. He built his entire REKONIX career on a new account. That's not unusual in SEA competitive circles, but it is a fun piece of trivia for someone who went on to qualify for tier-1 international events.

The SPAWN team officially announced his departure in July 2023, saying he was leaving to focus on studies. By April 2024, he was back competing professionally. The studies lasted about nine months, which tracks for any young Indonesian player who genuinely loves the game.

He and Dalul are the two youngest players on the REKONIX roster. Dalul was born in 2002 and Jikroy in 2003. The two oldest players — inYourdreaM and Fbz — started their professional careers before Jikroy was in secondary school.
