Edgar “9Class” Naltakian was born on July 19, 2003, in Russia. He is a position-four support currently playing for PARIVISION and has developed into one of the most creative and impactful roaming supports in professional Dota 2.

Early Career

9Class began competing with Winter Bear in late 2022 before joining Team Sexy in 2023. His aggressive hero choices and willingness to play unconventional support Dota quickly separated him from more traditional position fours.

Tundra Esports

In January 2024, 9Class joined Tundra Esports. The team finished fourth at Riyadh Masters 2024, but visa problems prevented him from competing at TI 2024. When Saksa returned, Tundra chose to continue with him, leaving 9Class without a place on the roster.

Missing TI because of paperwork must have been horrible. In hindsight, however, the setback sent him toward the roster where his playstyle fit perfectly.

PARIVISION

[No[o]ne](/players/no-o-ne) invited 9Class to help form a new team in late 2024. They added DM, Crystallis, and Dukalis before the lineup signed with PARIVISION. The roster won ESL One Bangkok almost immediately, then added Satanic and became a consistent championship contender.

With PARIVISION, 9Class won ESL One Raleigh 2025, DreamLeague Season 26, DreamLeague Season 29, and the Esports World Cup 2026. He also finished third at TI 2025 and second at TI 2026.

The International 2026

At TI 2026, 9Class gave PARIVISION the chaos that made its disciplined farming system so difficult to read. His Rubick, Keeper of the Light, Hoodwink, and Marci created space while still becoming serious late-game threats. In Game 2 of the Grand Final, his Rubick finished with 38 assists; in Game 4, his Keeper of the Light helped PARIVISION force the deciding map.

He even stole Fiend’s Grip in Game 5 and used it to control Yatoro during a crucial fight. PARIVISION did not finish the job, but 9Class again demonstrated why he is far more than “the guy who picks weird position-four heroes.

Playstyle

9Class thrives on mobility, vision, greed, and unpredictability. His hero pool includes Rubick, Monkey King, Dark Willow, Techies, Keeper of the Light, Batrider, Marci, Pudge, and even Slark. He likes supports that can invade the map, steal farm safely, and eventually become another core.

Sometimes his aggression looks completely insane. Sometimes it is completely insane. But PARIVISION’s system works because Dukalis provides structure while 9Class is allowed to create disorder. That contrast is a nightmare to draft against.

Fun Facts

He missed TI 2024, finished third at TI 2025, and reached the Grand Final at TI 2026. His career trajectory basically went from “visa-problem support” to one of the scariest position fours in the world within two seasons.
